Total Power Training Systems is a combination of mind and body training. I use established coaching methodologies along with the latest power training technology. Athletes owning power meters “train with power” and download all ride data using Cyclingpeaks software for analysis by Coach Rob. Athletes without a power meter train with the “concept of power” and download training data directly into Trainingpeaks software. I also use my abilities as a Certified Hypnotist to alleviate fear, anxiety and confidence issues. I give athletes mental training assignments to improve concentration and awareness which really helps one to excel in the group riding scenario. Coaching programs are designed with an athlete’s experience, goals and available training time in mind. Great care is taken to ensure that your custom training plan fits into your lifestyle. Your customized program is only created after the completion of an initial in depth interview. Upon completion of your interview either a field or lab test is scheduled to determine and assign your power training levels.
