Does the software create my workouts or do you?

I personally create each training program for every athlete. The software I work with allows me to effectively display, record and analyze all training data. The software is also designed to allow each athletes to log results and pertinent information. You can also view your progress using one of the many graphs available, view descriptions of workouts for the day. The software is also a primary means of communication between me and you using private messaging and preset email links.

What types of athletes do you work with?

I primarily coach road cyclists. I work with beginners who are interested in learning about the sport. I work with riders who have years of experience but, are looking to start up a goal oriented program and I also work with competitive athletes who are ready to commit to training and be truly competitive.

How are you able to coach me without ever seeing me?
Answered By Coach Rob :
First we start off with a detailed personal interview to determine your current level of fitness and goals. We then use the appropriate training software available on my site for you. The software will display my highly descriptive daily workouts which are personally designed for you. You will also be able to view charts where you can record your workout results and view your training progress which I will review with you on a weekly basis. I continually monitor and analyze all of your data to ensure that We keep you on schedule in regard to accomplishing your goal.
