Spintex Fitness: Performance for life!
I have had many personal and client successes these past couple of years. I have continued to coach various competitive endurance athletes to success in road cycling, triathlon and running events. I have also been helping non competitive athletes as well to achieve various fitness, health and weight loss goals. My high performance training methods have proven very effective for many different types of athletes. I will revamping the Spintex website and business model to better accommodate the needs of all Spintex athletes. Stay tuned for a new, improved, “video centric” Spintex Fitness.

I have been putting so much prep into the new Spintex site and business model that I have been terrible about posting my athlete results. Bill is having another great triathlon year. He spent last season exclusively on the road bike as Gianna and Aubrey (the twins) were at a time intensive stage. Bill is back and on fire this season. Check out his result so far this season:
Desert International Sprint Triathlon 1st
Sacramento International Triathlon 2nd
Encinitas Sprint Triathlon 2nd
Way to go Bill!

I recently took a trip up to San Jose to compete in the 2008 California Firefighter Olympics. The events were hosted by the Palo Alto Fire Department and I have to say that they really put on a smooth, welcoming, trouble free event. I competed in three events: a flat 10 mile time trial in which I took SIVLER! A 32 mile rolling terrain road race in which I took GOLD! Yeah baby! Lastly I competed in a 2 mile uphill time trial…ouch! but, I took another SILVER! This was a great experience which I was lucky enough to share with my beautiful daughter Hannah who helped me out with pre and post race support. I wanted to say thank you to my family for always allowing me time to coach and train and to all of the Spintex athletes who wished me well on my trip.
