Pre-built Power Plans available now!

I’ve uploaded the first series of pre-built Power Programs. I’ve created them for the base period and they are available for those having “minimal”, “moderate” and “lot’s of time” to train. The programs require that you test first to determine your Functional threshold power. You can then apply your FTP to the program and do the workout per your individual power levels. Each Base program is built around the time you have available to train. Have a look and tell a friend. You can point them to TrainingPeaks where the programs are available for purchase. You can enter in Road, triathlon or running in discipline and California for the location search. I’ll have the FTP testing protocol up shortly.
